Specify whether to prompt a new user to change the password when they log in the first time or the next time after the security administrator resets their password. The FRMSECURITY022 setting is applicable only to new users and not to existing users unless their password has been reset by an administrator. Even when this setting is true, N4 prompts a user to change password only for:
New users.
Users who have never been able to log in successfully.
Users whose password has been reset by the administrator.
Default: false (does not prompt new user to change the password)
